The busy workshop at Bikedock is manned by 4 experienced and dedicated engineers. Their Shimano Service Centre workshop is positioned at the front of the building and fully open to view from the outside.

If you need your bike serviced or repaired, then bring it to the shop, there is no need to book in advance. Most service work is completed between 24 and 72 hours, depending on how busy the workshop is.
