Your Rights

None of the information below affects your statutory rights. We are an independent UK based company and all contracts for the sale of goods entered into by BikeDock on the website will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax. VAT does not apply to orders to be shipped outside the EEC or other Tax free areas - in these circumstances goods will be priced without VAT. All prices shown are cash prices. All products shown in this service are subject to availability.

Percentage Discount Listings

Items subject to a reduction in price from their RRP are listed with a percentage saving (e.g 'Save 10%').  These percentages are calculated to the nearest whole number; the actual amount saved may differ by up to 0.5% above or below the listed figure.  All percentile figures on this site are for guidance purposes only.

Product Images

All images of products and services used on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may differ (including differences in size, colour, setup, configuration or usage) from the images displayed.

Orders

In order to avoid the possibility of human/computer error, the placing of an order does not constitute a contractual obligation. BikeDock reserves the right to cancel any order that has not been processed. Acceptance of your order and prices will be confirmed on receipt of your order.

Foreign Currency & Exchange Rates

Bikedock is a UK-based company.  This website uses British Pounds (GBP £) as its default currency.  The currency conversion feature on Bikedock.com displays prices in a range of non-GBP denominations for information and comparison purposes only.  Exchange rates are updated daily from Eurobank figures, and are subject to change at any time and without notice.  All orders on Bikedock.com will be submitted in GBP during the checkout process, regardless of the currency used when viewing products.  Your card issuer/bank will apply the exchange rate in effect at the time payment is processed, which may differ from the exchange rate applicable when the order was placed.

Offline Orders

Offline orders may be printed and sent by Fax, post, or email, together with payment detail and your goods will be despatched just as soon as is possible. In the event of a product being out of stock, you will be contacted and made aware of an expected date of delivery.

Despatch Times

Orders received before 4.00pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day provided we have your items in stock. Items ordered after 4.00pm Friday and over a weekend will be despatched Monday. Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following Monday. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day. BikeDock stock status is constantly updated but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot despatch your order we will contact you with a revised despatch date.
