Rights
None of the information below affects your statutory rights. We are an independent UK based company and all contracts for the sale of goods entered into by BikeDock on the website will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.

Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax. VAT does not apply to orders to be shipped outside the EEC or other Tax free areas – in these circumstances goods will be priced without VAT. All prices shown are cash prices. All products shown in this service are subject to availability.

Orders
In order to avoid the possibility of human/computer error, the placing of an order does not constitute a contractual obligation. BikeDock reserves the right to cancel any order that has not been processed. Acceptance of your order and prices will be confirmed on receipt of your order.

Offline Orders
Offline orders may be printed and sent by Fax, post, or email, together with payment detail and your goods will be despatched just as soon as is possible. In the event of a product being out of stock, you will be contacted and made aware of an expected date of delivery.

When will my order be despatched?
Orders received before 4.00pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day provided we have your items in stock. Items ordered after 4.00pm Friday and over a weekend will be despatched Monday. Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following Monday. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day. BikeDock stock status is constantly updated but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot despatch your order we will contact you with a revised despatch date.

What do I do if an item doesn't fit or I don't like the colour?
Contact BikeDock as problems can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges.
If, however, it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:-

  • Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
  • Goods must be returned within fourteen days of receipt.
  • Goods must have accompanying receipt and note of reason for return.
  • Goods returned are subject to a minimum charge of £3.50.
  • Goods must be in new condition, i.e., unused and unmarked.
  • Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable.
  • We do not operate a returns policy on clearance / end of line items.

    What if the item I have has been used and I wish to return it for inspection?
    Contact BikeDock, as advice given can often mean that the return is not necessary and possible postal charges may be saved. If return is thought necessary, please note the following:-

  • Goods must be in clean condition.
  • Goods must have accompanying receipt and an explanation of the reason for return.
  • Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable.
  • We endeavour to be fair in all circumstances. It is not in our interest to have dissatisfied customers.

    What do I do if an item is faulty when it's delivered?
    Return it to us at , with a covering explanatory letter. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.

    What do I do if there's any other problem with my order?
    If you have any problems with an order from BikeDock, let us know and we will advise you exactly what steps we're going to take to rectify the problem. Telephone, email, or write to us at BikeDock.

    What do I do if an item fails once it's been used?
    All goods supplied by are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty. If you feel that an item has failed prematurely, please advise us. Write to us at , . Alternatively, you may contact us by telephone on or fax .

    What delivery method does BikeDock use?
    We offer first class Royal Mail delivery service on most items to the UK and Ireland for £1.99. If, however, you wish your goods delivered within 24 hours you may take advantage of our Special Delivery service - see Postal Charges..

    When will BikeDock charge my credit/debit card?
    Your card will not be charged until your goods are despatched, with the exception of special orders when a deposit would normally be required.

    Data Protection
    BikeDock is registered as a Data Controller under the Data Protection Act 1998.

    Item Description
    BikeDock takes great care with the colours and the descriptions of the products, as they appear online. The limitations of broadcasting may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change and BikeDock cannot be held responsible for discrepancies, either real or perceived.
