Unsuitable Items (Mint Returns)

If you have purchased a product that is unsuitable in some way (e.g. wrong fit or colour), contact us. Problems can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges. If, however, it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:-

• Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
• Goods must be returned within fourteen days of receipt.
• Goods must have accompanying receipt and note of reason for return.
• Goods returned are subject to a minimum charge of £3.50.
• Goods must be in new condition, i.e., unused and unmarked.
• Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable.
• We do not operate a returns policy on clearance / end of line items.

Used Items

We can give advice if you wish to return a used item for inspection. It is often the case that the return is not necessary and possible postal charges may be saved. If a return is deemed necessary, please note the following:

• Goods must be in clean condition.
• Goods must have accompanying receipt and an explanation of the reason for return.
• Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable.

Faulty Items

If you discover that goods are fauilty or incomplete upon delivery, the problem must be reported immediately and if a return is deemed necessary, goods must be returned within 14 days to:

with a covering explanatory letter. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.
