ReturnsUnsuitable Items (Mint Returns)If you have purchased a product that is unsuitable in some way (e.g. wrong fit or colour), contact us. Problems can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges. If, however, it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:-
Used ItemsWe can give advice if you wish to return a used item for inspection. It is often the case that the return is not necessary and possible postal charges may be saved. If a return is deemed necessary, please note the following:
Faulty ItemsIf you discover that goods are fauilty or incomplete upon delivery, the problem must be reported immediately and if a return is deemed necessary, goods must be returned within 14 days to: Bikedock, 79-85 Ravenhill Road, Belfast, BT6 8DQwith a covering explanatory letter. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.
