are usually next day. Elsewhere it will depend on destination.
UK DELIVERIES:
RATES: All UK orders
are subject to £1.99 postage except where stated at time of ordering.
Unusually heavy or bulky orders carriage costs will be confirmed before
despatch.
COURIERS:
DHL, Business Post, Royal Mail and Parcel Force are all couriers that
deliver our orders within the UK.
Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e. bad weather or courier
logistic problems, short delays may occur.
If the delay is due to items being out of stock, you will be advised via
email or telephone immediately.
PLEASE NOTE: Channel Islands / IOM / Highlands and Islands may be subject
to additional carriage charges.

someone will be at the specified delivery address to receive the order.
Orders can be delivered to an alternative address (i.e. a work address).
However, your primary address details must be your registered address.

specify damaged or opened etc when signing. All damages or shortages MUST
be reported immediately.

DELIVERIES:
RATES: To view International
carriage charges place the products for delivery in your shopping basket,
select the country of destination and the basket will indicate carriage
charges.
The weight of the goods will determine the charge applied to that particular
country. Larger packages are calculated on a volumetric basis - bikes,
frames, wheels, etc. These items may incur additional delivery charges - this will be confirmed via email before your order is processed.

orders.
For Non-European countries
DHL is authorized to customs clear packages, making the process faster for you.

TRACKING: For DHL International
deliveries, you can log onto DHL and by clicking on the 'Tracking' link
and entering your waybill number, which will be emailed to you after your
order has been despatched, you can trace the progress of your delivery.
IMPORT DUTY: All duties
and taxes are included in the price on any items being posted to the UK
or any country within the EU.
For non-EU countries, VAT is not charged and the basket will automatically
deduct VAT when the country of destination is selected. You may be asked
by customs to pay duty when the order arrives with you, this amount varies
from country to country.
