Deliveries in the UK mainland are usually next day. Elsewhere it will depend on destination.
UK & Ireland Deliveries
FREE DELIVERY on ALL orders to the UK & Ireland
Rates: All orders to the UK & Ireland will be delivered completely FREE of charge.
Couriers: DHL, Business Post, Royal Mail and Parcel Force are all couriers that deliver our orders within the UK. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e. bad weather or courier logistic problems, short delays may occur. If the delay is due to items being out of stock, you will be advised via email or telephone immediately.
Receipt: Normal delivery is between 9am - 6pm GMT (Monday to Friday). Please ensure that someone will be at the specified delivery address to receive the order. Orders can be delivered to an alternative address (i.e. a work address). However, your primary address details must be your registered address.
All deliveries will be considered received in good condition unless you specify damaged or opened etc when signing. All damages or shortages MUST be reported immediately.
Exemptions: trikes (standard and special needs-ready) and electric bikes (e.g. Sparta) are not eligible for free postage due to their exceptional weight and bulk. Sale bikes that have been discounted by 10% or more may be subject to a carriage charge of £15.00.
International Deliveries
Rates: To view International carriage charges place the products for delivery in your shopping basket, select the country of destination and the basket will indicate carriage charges. The weight of the goods will determine the charge applied to that particular country. Larger packages are calculated on a volumetric basis - bikes, frames, wheels, etc. These items may incur additional delivery charges - this will be confirmed via email before your order is processed.
Couriers: DHL, Business Post and Royal Mail Swiftair are the couriers that deliver our International orders. For Non-European countries DHL is authorized to customs clear packages, making the process faster for you. Import Duty: All duties and taxes are included in the price on any items being posted to the UK or any country within the EU. For non-EU countries, VAT is not charged and the basket will automatically deduct VAT when the country of destination is selected. You may be asked by customs to pay duty when the order arrives with you, this amount varies from country to country.
