Finance

All orders over £150 are eligible for consideration.
Periods for finance are available from 6 months to 3 years, depending on which option is selected.
Packages can be designed to accommodate individual needs.

The goods are selected and the total value of the order is established.
The customer can then discuss the details of deposits and repayments suitable for them. No deposit is required, however the size of any deposit will have a bearing on the size of the monthly repayments.
With the financial details decided, a simple application is made via phone/web to Black Horse Finance for approval. Approval is usually instant (over 98% of Bikedock applications are successful).
The customer is then advised of the status of the application and the necessary forms are given to the customer for signing. All agreements are subject to status.
On receipt of the signed forms, Bikedock will issue goods immediately, unless otherwise stated (e.g. for specially ordered goods requiring a deposit).
Payments are made monthly in arrears. The first payment is usually 1 month from the date of agreement.
